1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the deposit limits, loss limits, session alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion mechanisms available to Members via Account Settings.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

1. Minimum Age: The ar666 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ar666 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance refunded in accordance with our verification procedures. 21+
2. Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active ar666 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
3. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your ar666 account. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

5. KYC Verification: ar666 may at any time, and at its sole discretion, require a Member to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Account Security

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar666 account credentials, including your username and password. ar666 will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, or email.
2. You must notify ar666 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ar666 cannot be held liable for losses arising from failure to maintain account credential security.

5. Bonus Fund Restrictions: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw unsettled bonus funds may result in forfeiture of those funds.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

1. All bets placed on ar666 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, event, or game type as published in the ar666 help section and game information panels.
2. Bets confirmed and accepted by the ar666 system are final and binding. ar666 will not void or amend accepted bets solely on the basis of a Member's change of mind.
3. ar666 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to technical malfunction, data feed error, or human input error. Where bets are voided, stakes are returned to the Member's wallet.
4. In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time during the course of an event. ar666 takes no responsibility for connection issues that prevent a Member from placing or amending in-play bets.
5. ar666 reserves the right to impose maximum win caps on individual bets or accumulator bets. Maximum win amounts are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

2. ar666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time prior to a Member claiming the offer, without prior notice.
3. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, syndicate bonus exploitation, hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and any other form of coordinated bonus exploitation, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ar666 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent personal information
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime
• Exploiting software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or data feed discrepancies to gain unfair advantage
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets without human input
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or ar666 staff to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation, or syndicate betting in breach of ar666's terms

8. Intellectual Property

2. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ar666 platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.
3. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of any ar666 content or platform component without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

3. ar666's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Member's ar666 account at the time the claim arises.
4. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ar666's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

1. ar666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Members. The platform provides a suite of Responsible Gaming Tools accessible from Account Settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, reality check notifications, cool-off periods (from 24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.
2. Any Member may request immediate self-exclusion by contacting ar666's 24/7 support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day. Permanently self-excluded accounts will not be reopened.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

1. ar666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) any breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) account inactivity; or (e) any regulatory, licensing, or legal requirement compelling such action.
2. A Member may request account closure at any time by contacting ar666 support. Upon closure, any positive balance net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations will be returned to the Member via their last verified payment method.
3. In cases of account suspension pending investigation, ar666 may freeze the account balance for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the Member's favour, the account will be reinstated and the balance released.

12. Amendments to These Terms

1. ar666 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via on-platform notification and/or SMS to the registered phone number.
2. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the ar666 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. If a Member does not agree to any amended Terms, the Member must cease using the platform and contact support to close the account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
